Master Cooling Corp’s Controls Department designs & builds, installs, programs and services DDC Building Automation Systems (BAS), Energy Management Systems (EMS) and Variable Frequency Drives (VFD’s). The installation of DDC-BAS and/or VFD’s will significantly reduce mechanical operating cost while increasing system efficiency and reducing the building’s carbon footprint; three significant wins. Master Cooling has the digital capabilities to remotely monitor and control buildings equipped with BAS 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. With this technology in place, access through the BAS allows us to analyze trends and take a proactive approach to potential failures. The results are less downtime and increased customer satisfaction.
