Master Cooling Corp. (MCC) designs & builds and services commercial / industrial Mechanical HVAC/R systems that set the standard for reliability and efficiency. Our capabilities include mechanical engineering, CAD services, metal fabrication, rigging & installation, process piping, DDC control systems, start-up & commissioning, preventative maintenance, service and repairs. Founded in 1977, Master Cooling Corp. evolved from founder Frank Fazzolare’s experience in the Southern California HVAC market dating back to 1963. The company was started with the vision of providing personal service and cultivating long-term relationships. The goal of this approach was to provide exceptional service at a fair price. Over the years, growth was meticulously controlled to continue the original vision of superior quality and value. MCC has matured into a premier mechanical contractor capable of performing at levels essential for managing million dollar projects.
Our corporation consists of four distinct divisions: Construction, Service, Change out and Controls.

Master Cooling Corp. is a safety oriented company with full compliance to OSHA rules and regulations. Our fully documented Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP) program requires mandatory compliance and training by all our employees. MCC’s State Worker’s Compensation Insurance experience modification rating or x-mod is consistently the lowest in our pier group from year-to-year.
